General Description

Vitamin-E Capsules. There are substances found in food known collectively as tocopherols or Vitamin E. They are active anti-oxidants and are fat soluble (form complexes with fats and are stored in fatty tissue for use when required by the body). From the lymphatic system, Vitamin E is carried by blood to cells and membranes where it acts protectively. It helps to reduce cellular requirement for oxygen whilst maintaining muscular energy. Bio-Health's vitamin E supplements (200iu and 400iu) are in a dry powdered form and are less likely to cause nausea than in the more common oil form. They should be taken with or after food for effective absorption. The pure natural source d-Alpha Tocopherol Acid Succinate is one of the most potent biologically active forms available.
