Shipping & Returns

All stock items will clearly show whether they are in stock or not. We make every effort to ensure that the website is up to date in terms of showing the correct stock levels but there may be rare occasions when it is not accurate. Please feel free to check with us via email (help@amphora-aromatics.com) or phone (0117 904 7212) as to whether the item you require is in stock.

We keep a large amount of Bulk items in stock but if we have to order them in or manufacture them especially for you there may be a lead time of up to 10 working days.

Restrictions

This information will only appear to customers ordering from overseas:

Items marked   (Red Diamond) are Class 3 Dangerous Goods (Flammable) and have restrictions to some countries. Please read the Overseas Orders page for more information before placing your order. These restrictions do not apply to UK orders.

Items marked   (Blue Dot) are not for export under any circumstance. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please remove them from your order. This does not apply to UK orders.

Dangerous Goods

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer all our Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resaleable condition i.e. As New.
