Thyme Essential Oil was one of the earliest medicinal plants to be used in Western Medicine.
Obtained by the steam distillation of the flowering plant.
Sweet, green fresh, mild scent
Antibacterial, antiseptic, balancing, stimulating.
Thymol and carvacrol (up to 60%), cymene, terpinene, camphene, borneol, linalol, among others.
Thymus vulgaris Oil
One of the earliest medicinal plants in Western Medicine where it was applied against respiratory problems, digestive complaints, and the prevention and treatment of infection.
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.
