Lemon Essential Oil is a lovely, refreshing and uplifting oil.
Obtained by pressing the peels of the fruits.
Similar to fresh lemon rinds except richer and more concentrated, a crisp and fresh aroma.
Antiseptic, antibacterial, astringent, refreshing, uplifting.

The Lemon tree is thought to have originated in India, and to have been introduced into Italy toward the end of the 5th Century. Lemons once cured scurvy on English ships and were also used to fight malaria and typhoid in medieval Spain.
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.
