General Description

Yaoh Organic Hemp Seed Oil is cold-pressed in the UK using the freshest organic Chinese hemp seed available. The oil has a mild, slightly nutty flavour and is ideal for salad dressings. Due to its high Essential Fatty Acid profile, this oil should not be heated as this will destroy the EFA's; however, Yaoh organic hemp oil can be added to all foods once removed from direct heat to improve both the flavour and nutritional content.

100% Organic Hemp Seed Oil ESSENTIAL FATTY ACID PROFILE: C16:0 Palmitic 5.7%, C16:1 Palmitoleic 0.1%, C18:0 Stearic 2.3%, C18:1 Oleic 11.3%, C18.2 Linoleic 57%, C18:3 Alpha Linolenic 19.0%, C18:3 Gamma Linolenic 1.7%, C20:0 Icosanoic 0.7%, C20:1 Icosenoic 0.4%, C22.0 Docosanoic 0.3%, C24.0 Tetracosanoic 0.1%.
