Massage gently on tummy area for tummy upsets. Use 1-2% in carrier oil.
A few drops in bath at bedtime (nice with neroli) or used on aroma stream.

Oily skin - skin toner. Women may like to use on stretch marks: 1 drop lavender, 1 drop mandarin, 1 drop neroli to 10ml almond oil + 2mls wheatgerm oil (Rosehip oil may be used if you have a wheat Allergy). May be used daily.
