General Description

Body Toning Gel. Excellent for sensitive skin. Made with Herbal and seaweed extracts, seaweed and Witch hazel have traditionally been used to tone and firm the skin. Witch hazel is an excellent astringent, as it contains large quantities of tannins and flavanoids, which cause the tightening up of proteins in the skin. This Body Gel freshens and soothes the skin whilst toning & firming, helping to improve the skins elasticity. A good tried and tested after sun product to cool and soothe the skin.

Historial Background

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) was a traditional remedy of many native North American peoples, its uses quickly spread to Europe from the 18th century onwards.
