In order to assess our company's proficiency and familiarity with the fire emergency response plan, and to ensure production safety and employee well-being, the company conducted its first fire safety training and drill of the year on May 11, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Both management and staff actively participated in the training, learning fire safety knowledge and honing their firefighting skills during the drill.
To ensure the drill was carried out in a standardized manner, the company invited the Safety Office of Tiesong Village Committee to provide guidance.
Step 1: Fire Alarm Activation
Upon hearing the alarm, employees must immediately evacuate, moving swiftly to the designated assembly area.
Important Notes for Evacuation:
Do NOT use elevators – During a fire, power may fail, trapping occupants inside.
Follow emergency exit signs and use stairwells for evacuation.
Cover your nose and mouth with a damp towel or cloth to filter out smoke.
Crawl low under smoke – Toxic smoke fills upper spaces, so stay close to the ground while moving quickly.
Follow walls to escape – In dense smoke, visibility drops to zero. Keeping contact with walls ensures you find exits without missing doors.
Step 2: Assemble at the designated location and report the headcount.

Step 3: Demonstration and instruction on fire extinguisher usage by firefighters from the Tiesong Village Safety Office.
Usage of fire extinguishers:

(1) Lift
Hold the handle and lift the fire extinguisher. Before use, invert the cylinder a few times to loosen the dry powder inside. Remove the lead seal.
(2) Pull
Pull out the safety pin. Do not press the handle, or the pin may be difficult to remove.
(3) Aim
Stand at least 1.5 meters away from the fire (farther if it's an electrical fire) and aim the nozzle at the base of the flames from a side or rear angle.
(4) Squeeze
Hold the hose with your left hand and press the lever with your right hand. Sweep the nozzle horizontally across the fire, covering the flames completely with dry powder until the fire is fully extinguished.

Step 4: Employee Representatives' Practical Operations

Step 5: The village committee safety office staff also specifically invited employees to operate the water gun.

Fire prevention is better than cure, and fire safety responsibility is weightier than Mount Tai. Through drills, we can enhance all employees' awareness of fire safety, improve their self-rescue and escape capabilities, test the operational status of the company’s firefighting equipment, and strengthen accident prevention measures. More importantly, by simulating real-life scenarios, we can summarize training experiences, identify shortcomings for continuous improvement, and comprehensively elevate participants’ emergency response skills.
Through hands-on participation in this drill, all employees have gained practical experience in correctly using fire extinguishers during fire incidents. The first fire drill of the year has been successfully completed, achieving its intended objectives. We also extend our gratitude to Tiesong Village Committee for their support.
